Hi! There probably isn't anyone reading this just now, but I have to start somewhere.....

• We've finished importing products from our 'other' site, that will be closed down when this one goes live...we're now on a different platform and hopefully this will work better for all of us.
• Just this morning we finished working on our blog about our sponsored child, Rani and SOS Children's Villages - including a 'sticky' at the top that explains all about it. Each of the posts in that blog represent one report from SOS about the Villages' work and Rani.
• We've finished all our cross-referencing of Shop By... Country and Ethics and we have most Producers up there - finishing soon. This means you'll be able to click on a Producer name, Ethic badge or country flag and be taken to some information and a collection of relevant products. Very handy if you want to find all 'recycled' products, for instance.
• We need to work onthe 'FAQs' - but in the meantime, we're only an email away...
• Next big job is to take all 3,000+ live products we have in the shop and put them into our new integrated POS/website (this!) database - products will go live on the web as and when we can photograph and describe them, but they'll be available in our two shops as soon as they're in the database. It means we'll have live stock control of products on the web - much better for everybody. The new system replaces both our current shop POS solution and our website.
• We're also working towards opening our second shop, which is happening imminently!
