Returns

While we try to ensure all goods are fit for their purpose before shipping, inevitably sometimes it happens that you may not be totally happy with the goods, whether it be because they are not quite what you expected, are the wrong size or are faulty. Please follow the instructions below;

We think these conditions are fair; if you have a problem and wish to discuss it with us, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll do what we can to help. Please note none of this affects your statutory rights.

  • Arrived faulty - please contact us and let us know within 14 days starting from the day after receipt of your goods (our contact details will be on your invoice), giving as much information as possible. We will then be able to determine the most appropriate course of action for your specific problem. If you need to return goods, we will refund the postage costs.

  • Became faulty within 28 days - please contact us and let us know (our contact details will be on your invoice), giving as much information as possible. We will then be able to determine the most appropriate course of action for your specific problem. If you need to return goods, we will refund the postage costs. We will probably offer you an exchange or a credit note.

  • Changed your mind - please contact us and let us know within 14 days starting from the day after receipt of your goods, giving as much information as possible. We will then be able to determine the most appropriate course of action for your specific problem. We will try our best to sort you out with precisely what you want, but if this isn't possible, you are entitled to a full refund, including original basic delivery cost.
    Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Once the goods have arrived back and been checked over (They must be unworn, unused and as new), the appropriate amount will be refunded to your card. Please note the following may *not* be returned (unless faulty); EarringsCompact DiscsFood and Toiletries.
