When an order is over 2kg, our costs go up considerably and we need to make an extra charge. Please select the 'Heavy Order Shipping' option at checkout. We will refund any difference between the price we charge and how much it actually costs, less a reasonable packing cost. Read More

We sometimes track higher value orders, however by default, we don't ship out orders as 'Tracked'. We have yet to lose a parcel (touch wood)! If you would like your order tracked, please either put a note in with the order or email us an enquiry and we will contact you regarding the extra cost,

Answer - to both of these questions - is YES! We now offer FREE Collect at Store - on the Retail Park in Dornoch - and also Local Delivery, within a range of around 5 miles. This costs £2.50 for orders under £35 and is FREE for higher value orders.

If you see the message 'Sorry. Your cart items are not available for delivery.' - you're probably using a 'VPN'. If you temporarily disable this, all should be well. Obviously we have to determine how far away you are from us, to ensure we can actually offer Local Delivery!

Presently we're only able to deliver within a radius of around 5 miles from us, as we don't have a dedicated van - it's just an extra service we'd like to offer, outwith opening hours, for locals.

As soon as you purchase any products from us, you will start to save Loyalty Reward Points. These are redeemable against further purchases.

When you create an account, you will be able to see how many points you have and how much they will save you.

We still sell Simply The Best Fair Trade goods, however because of demand we've now branched out into lots of toys and Geeky Gifts that are, simply, 'Outside The Box'.

Rest assured we're the same family company, with the same values - but now Dad (Gavin) runs Simply The Best while Daughter (Lucy) runs Outside The Box.

Good question! We normally put things in the shops before putting them online. And we still have a huge backlog of products to put up on the website.

However - if you send us a message saying what you're interested in, it's quite likely we could get it up on the web - at least for you to order - within a day. Give it a go! We're glad to help...

This means the product is only available While Stocks Last - as far as we know, we won't be able to get any more of that item in.

We try to re-use incoming packaging as much as possible, but sometimes there's just too much, so we recycle it.

Any packaging we buy is recycled/recyclable, including paper adhesive tape for parcels.
